Welcome to Alchemy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, website, and any purchases or appointments you make through Alchemy. By visiting our website, booking a service, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 18 years old to book services or make purchases on our site. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Alchemy accepts returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of the purchase date for in-store credit only.

After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue credit.

1. Day-of cancellations (up to 4 hours before the appointment): 50% charge
2. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows (within 4 hours): 100% charge
3. Any cancellation made via text, email, or voicemail after hours is considered a same-day cancellation

For no-show or last-minute cancellations on the following services, fees will be charged:

1. Thermoclear: $50
2. Toxins: $75
3. Medical-Grade Peels: $75
4. Filler: $100
5. Microneedling: $100

These fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened or altered to accommodate the remaining time. If there is not sufficient time to complete your service, Alchemy reserves the right to decline service. You will still be responsible for 100% of the original service cost.

Complimentary services or service “fixes” canceled day-of will forfeit their eligibility.

Arriving at the incorrect location will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

To ensure a safe and peaceful environment:

1. Children and guests may only attend with an appointment
2. Pets are not permitted, except for trained service animals

Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice will incur a $150 fee.

Only credit card payments are accepted for Botox Party services.

1. Free shipping on orders $100+
2. Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
3. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to ship
4. Shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout

You may not misuse our website or content. Any attempt to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our service or website without express written permission is prohibited.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.

Alchemy is not liable for any damages or losses related to service outcomes, client misuse, website downtime, or third-party links. Services are provided “as is” without guarantees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and/or State of Colorado, depending on the location of service.
