Policies

Return Policy: Alchemy accepts returns for items unopened and unused up to 14 days after the purchase date for in store credit only. After 14 days refunds will not be available. For online returns, please email alchemyshopify@gmail.com.

Cancellation & Late Policy: Alchemy charges 50% for day of cancellations up to 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within that 4 hour window or don't show for your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 100%. Any cancellation made via text, email, or left on the voicemail after hours will count as a same day cancellation.

Medical Service Cancellation Fees: for no show or last-minute cancellations: Thermoclear ($50), Toxins ($75), Medical-Grade Peels ($75). Filler ($100) & Microneedling ($100). *If you have to cancel for any circumstances the above policy will be enforced.

Late Clients: If a client is running late it will cut into their appointment time. Depending on how much time is remaining for the service, Alchemy reserves the right to change the appointment to fit in the time they have left or decline the service. The client will be charged 100% of the original service booked. *Any day of cancellation made for a *complimentary or a *fix will forfeit their complimentary service.

Location: Our cancellation policy does apply if you go to the wrong location: a missed appointment for showing up at the wrong location will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Guest + Pet: For the safety and the comfort of our customers; children + guests are allowed by appointment only. Pets are not allowed in-spa, with the exception of trained service animals.

Botox Party: Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice will result in a $150 fee. We only accept credit card payments for Botox Party services. 

Online Shipping: Free shipping on orders of $100 or more. We can only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Shipping rates vary and will be calculated at checkout.
