Terms of Service

Welcome to Alchemy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, website, and any purchases or appointments you make through Alchemy. By visiting our website, booking a service, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 18 years old to book services or make purchases on our site. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Alchemy accepts returns for items unopened + unused up to 14 days after the purchase date for in-spa credit only.

After 14 days, refunds will not be available

Arriving late will reduce your treatment time. Alchemy reserves the right to modify or decline the service. Full service fees apply. You will still be responsible for 100% of the original service cost.

 

Appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.

 

Complimentary services or service “fixes” canceled day-of will forfeit their eligibility.

Wrong Location

For no-show or last-minute cancellations on the following services, fees will be charged:

• microneedling + vi peel
  • 50% cancellation fee
    
• toxins + fillers
  • $100 for last-minute cancellations
  • 50% fee under 12 hours

These fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.

For the safety and comfort of all clients, children, and additional guests are permitted by appointment only. Bringing children that cannot be left unattended or pets that are not trained service animals will result in rescheduling your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice will incur a $150 fee.

Only credit card payments are accepted for Botox Party services.

You may not misuse our website or content. Any attempt to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our service or website without express written permission is prohibited. 

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.

Alchemy is not liable for any damages or losses related to service outcomes, client misuse, website downtime, or third-party links. Services are provided “as is” without guarantees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and/or State of Colorado, depending on the location of service.
