How to use your roller:

Cleanse and tone the skin. Apply your favorite serum or oil and begin by rolling your Rose Quartz on the neck, working in downward motions to assist in lymphatic drainage. Work your way up to the face and use outward and upward strokes (for the decolletage, opt for downward strokes towards the heart), increasing pressure as desired.
