Try this tip: put a small amount of liquid foundation a your fingertips, and dab all over your face. Use a damp sponge (check out Beauty Blender at simplebeaute.com) to stipple the makeup into place. (Stippling echoes the skin’s texture.) Apply matching loose powder to set the foundation (use a shade lighter if you have oily skin). I like a powder puff for application. Some prefer a brush. I put a dark tan blush (Mary Kay’s Bronze Sands) in the hollow of the cheek and a light peach on the apples Apricot Breeze). This adds a 3-dimensional feel while keeping a very natural look.
